  • 4 pcs. Rivets
  • 2 pcs. Kynar tubes (1/8”, 25mm – transparent)
  • 1 pc. Cold tail type DSWB-10 (500mm)
  • 2 pcs. Medium shrink tubes (8/2, 100mm)
  • 2 pcs. Small shrink tubes (4/1, 35mm)

Important Note:
Repairing the heating mat may change its output. Do not repair across cable loops or shorten the cable length to avoid performance issues.

Delivery & Collections

Mainland UK Deliveries:

Free Delivery on orders over £69. Any orders under £69 are charged at £5.95 including VAT. Items are always dispatched using our next day delivery service. If the items are not in stock, we will order them to our Cricklewood branch and deliver within 3 to 7 working days (stock dependent). Orders placed on weekends will be fulfilled the following Monday.

Deliveries to UK non-mainland and Republic of Ireland are on a two-day DPD service. If not in stock, items will be ordered to our Cricklewood branch and then delivered within 3 to 7 working days (stock dependent).

Any stock item orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day via next day delivery. Orders after 1pm will be dispatched the following day.

If an item is not available, our sales department will contact you with an accurate restocking timeline.

UK Offshore & Northern Ireland

Deliveries to UK non-mainland and Republic of Ireland are on a two-day DPD service. If not in stock, items will be ordered to our Cricklewood branch and then delivered within 3 to 7 working days (stock dependent). Cost will vary based on location.

International Deliveries

For any EU/Overseas deliveries, please contact websales@arrowelectricals.co.uk. There may be delays, but deliveries are still operating.

Collections

For collections, please bring your order confirmation. We’ll contact you once the item is ready for collection from any of our 5 branches.

Collection hours:

  • Monday to Friday - 7am - 5pm
  • Saturday - 8am - 5pm

Faulty / Damaged Items:
