This is a BG EMUNVW Euro Module 13 Amp Universal Power Socket in White which takes 2 Euro module space, and will fit any make of euro plates in the market.

This is the BG Electrical EMUNVW Universal Unswitched Socket 2M Euro Module in White Plastic 50x50mm. It is a power module - universal socket, rated at 10A, in white finish. It takes 13A-type plugs - but it is rated at 10A only.

To install, you require a Euro cover plate and a suitable mounting box min. 25mm deep; you can attach the cover plate and mount it in the back box.
 
The Universal style sockets are not passed for installation in the UK as they do not meet British Standards (due to design requirements in making them accept plugs other than the standard UK 3-pin plug which the standards are based around).
It is therefore not a good idea to overload the socket, but at the same time, these sockets are great for those who travel from abroad and need to charge their travel items, since the socket is rated for 110V and 230V use, max. 10A rating and 2300W loading.
