Heritage Brass secondary line telephone socket QPW.691.W-S in Primed White finish with White insert will add class and style to your interior. Warranty Information
The performance of Heritage Brass electrical accessories is guaranteed for at least 5 years, (dimmer switches 1 year, plate finishes 2 years) providing the following conditions are met:
- The accessory has been properly installed complete with it's protective gasket, by a qualified electrician in accordance with the wiring regulations current at the time of installation.
- The accessory has been subjected to normal use and has not been altered or dismantled in any way.
Should the accessory fail to meet this standard of performance a replacement will be supplied without charge. This guarantee is in addition to the normal statutory rights of the customer.
Delivery & Collections
Mainland UK Deliveries:
Free Delivery on orders over £69. Any orders under £69 are charged at £5.95 including VAT. Items are always dispatched using our next day delivery service. If the items are not in stock, we will order them to our Cricklewood branch and deliver within 3 to 7 working days (stock dependent). Orders placed on weekends will be fulfilled the following Monday.
Deliveries to UK non-mainland and Republic of Ireland are on a two-day DPD service. If not in stock, items will be ordered to our Cricklewood branch and then delivered within 3 to 7 working days (stock dependent).
Any stock item orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day via next day delivery. Orders after 1pm will be dispatched the following day.
If an item is not available, our sales department will contact you with an accurate restocking timeline.
UK Offshore & Northern Ireland
Deliveries to UK non-mainland and Republic of Ireland are on a two-day DPD service. If not in stock, items will be ordered to our Cricklewood branch and then delivered within 3 to 7 working days (stock dependent). Cost will vary based on location.
International Deliveries

Collections
For collections, please bring your order confirmation. We’ll contact you once the item is ready for collection from any of our 5 branches.
