Description
XUL.182.BK is a Round 3 Pin 5 Amp unswitched socket in Unlacquered Polished Brass finish with Black insert. Primally used for low-level lighting circuits, this socket is also designed for appliances that take less than a 4 Amp current. It also serves the purpose when multiple table and floor lamps need to be controlled by a normal main light or dimmer. Additionally, it stops the risk of circuit overload unlike plugging a standard 13 amp plug. The plate must be earthed before use. Supplied with fixings.
Unlacquered brass finished switches and sockets are left untreated allowing it to age and develop a natural patina over time to give it a unique organic look. One of the advantages of unlacquered polished brass is that it is highly durable and long-lasting. These fittings are often used in high-end home decor and are prized for their beauty and character. However, it is important to consider whether they fit with the overall aesthetic of your space before making a decision.
With the Vintage Screwless Range, you get what you pay for. All the unique finishes of these premium sockets and switches are complemented with black inserts and rounded corners. Choose Black Matt or White Matt of this powder coated remarkably durable finish.
